So impressed with the quality of these knives. You do have to be very careful with them, though, as they are razor sharp.

My dream knife
I just made minced meat with knife. The taste is absolutely different but so good. It was easy to do. Now I am absolutely in love with this knife. Looks like in photo, not super heavy but heavy enough, good quality.
