My friend bought me this knife and I absolutely loved it. It felt great in my hand and was well balanced. Sharp as a razor blade you could shave with it. After a year of constantly using it, it started to dull, not completely but you could start to feel resistance when cutting. So I took it to my local butcher to see if they could tune it up a bit. I wanted to cry when he gave me my knife back. It was dull and doesn't cut worth anything now. The whole knives profile was ground away. Rest in peace my beauty.
Very high quality product. I was impressed, how beautifully it is made. I bought it as a gift, but start to use it myself, will have to get a second one.
