I love the knife, but I really wish it came with blade protector for when its in the drawer so my kids don't cut themselves.

A Favorite

A knife arrived with a very sharp edge. Usually, I have to get out my commercial sharpening machine for a new knife, but not this one. It passed the paper cut a test and I was able to slice a variety of things very thinly. It may be called a boning knife, but I use it for everything. One of the things I like best is the weight forward balance which facilitates great control.
